I was apprehensive about having to pay the somewhat hefty call out charge when booking ( what if it couldn’t be fixed, what if he didn’t turn up ) all irrational I know. Gentleman came on time, explained the problem, and fixed it there and then. Polite, chatty, respectful and effective. 5 stars from me.
